Japanese style bar restaurant - Tsuruoka
Hello everyone!! I will introduce the Japanese style bar restaurant Tsuruoka. Do you like Japanese style bars? I like Japanese style bars. I often go Tsuruoka with my family. Tsuruoka has only two locations.
First I ate sliced raw tuna(マグロの刺身)and stewed offal.(もつ煮込み)The sliced raw tuna is soft and delicious. Then, the sliced raw tuna is thick sliced, so you feel satisfied. And it's not fishy. Next, I ate stewed offal. The stewed offal tastes like miso. The vegetables were soaked in miso and were delicious. And the offal is chewy and a little sweet. My recommendation is the more shichimi-tougarashi you use the better.
Next, I ate natto rolls and vegetable tempura. The natto rolls contain tuna and beefsteak plant leaf. The standard natto roll contains rice. But Tsuruoka style natto rolls do not contain rice. The natto and tuna go well together and you feel the good smell of beefsteak plant leaf. You should use the soy sauce. Next, I ate vegetable tempura. The vegetable tempura is very hot and crispy. You can hear the crunchy sound. Especially the eggplant is hearty and delicious. You can use salt, but you should use the ginger tentsuyu. The ginger tentsuyu is warm and a little spicy.
Next, I ate sakura yukke(桜ユッケ)and fried cheese. The sakura yukke sauce taste is sweet and strong. You can use egg yolk to make it creamy and more delicious. If you feel the taste is strong, you can eat it with the tsuma.(ツマ) Next, I ate fried cheese. The fried cheese is very hot. Then, the fried cheese taste is strong, salty and mild. My recommendation is that you should use the Worcester sauce to make it more delicious.

The atmosphere is noisy and it's always crowded. But it isn't crowded now because of Corona. The interior of the store is decorated in the Showa style. There are tables and tatami mats.(座敷)This restaurant is loved by people who like alcohol. If you like Japanese style bars, please go there.
